Inephos Wall Painting

Soft Impact is an attempt to give shape to subtle emotional collisions—the small moments that rearrange the way we feel without being dramatic or visible. The composition is built through gradual shifts in tone, with sharp interruptions that act like echoes or afterimages.

I worked with limited forms and expanded them through repetition, letting the rhythm of the marks generate movement. The painting balances control and spontaneity: some areas are carefully structured, while others were allowed to run, smear, or settle unpredictably.

The final image sits between calm and disturbance. It doesn’t represent a single event, but a state of being—where quietness isn’t empty, and softness can still carry force.
